Dear NEEDforSEAT® Community,
good news for everyone who is still looking for a christmas present for themselves or their loved ones: Starting from November 2nd 2021, all MAXNOMIC® gaming chair purchases can be withdrawn until December 31th, 2021!
This means even early bought christmas presents can be revoked until the end of this year - just in case.
To make use of the extended withdrawal period, the following criteria must be met:
- Your order must have been placed at or after November 2nd, 2021. Orders that have been made before this date will not be considered.
- Your order has to be a MAXNOMIC® gaming chair. Our Accessories are excluded from this offer.
- The item must be in unused condition. Chairs with obvious signs of use cannot be taken back and sold again. Taking a short seat to test the chair is of course okay!
- Personalized items (i.e. embroidery) are genereally excluded from exchanges, because those chairs were especially made for you.
If your purchase meets the criteria mentioned above, it is enough to give us a call or inform us in written form about your withdrawal until the 31st of December 2021. Our team will then get back to you shortly and process the return together with you.
Our returns are covered through DPD and are free of charge.
