Within the withdrawal period of 21 days from receipt of the goods, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us without giving any reason.

If you wish to cancel your chair, please contact us so that we can help you with the further processing.

We will bear the costs for the return shipment if you cancel within the deadline.

If your address and/or name has changed and you have just placed an order, please send us a notification by email to contact@needforseat.eu . We can then adjust your personal data in the system and thus contribute to a smooth process.

If you have your own customer account, you can log in there and simply update your personal details yourself. However, the change will not take effect for orders that have already been placed.

You can easily request a copy of the invoice by stating your order number at contact@needforseat.eu.

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. The returned goods will then be checked accordingly and the purchase amount will be refunded by us within 1-2 working days.

The purchase amount can only be refunded in the same way as the order was paid for.

Pillow: Wash the entire pillow in the washing machine at 30°C (gentle cycle) (use a laundry bag if necessary).

Lordosis pillow: Remove the molded foam part from the cover using the zipper or Velcro fastener and wash only the cover in the washing machine at 30°C (gentle cycle) (use a laundry bag if necessary).

The products offered in our online store are subject to the statutory warranty period of 24 months from delivery. If something should break on your chair within these 24 months, you can contact our support team at any time.

A description of the fault and pictures of the damage will help us to repair your original MAXNOMIC® chair!

You can find the delivery status of all models on the respective product page directly under the “Add to cart” button.

As our chairs come to us by sea freight and there are currently many delays in this area (up to 14 days), we cannot provide any more precise information. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have pre-ordered a sold-out model, we will notify you automatically.

In our showroom in Vellmar (near Kassel) you will find all the models and can try them out at your leisure.

If you wish, you can also take your MAXNOMIC® home with you (subject to availability). You can pay in cash, by credit card or Girocard (no acceptance of EUR 500.00 bills).

If you would like to pre-order a chair that is currently out of stock, you can order it as normal via our online store.

RECOMMENDATION: It is best to select “Direct bank transfer” as the payment method, then you can wait with the payment until we notify you that your ordered chair has arrived!

With other payment methods, the amount is due immediately.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by telephone. Orders can only be placed via our online store or by email.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after successfully completing your order.

If you do not receive an order confirmation from us immediately after placing your order, please contact us or check your spam folder! Only confirmed orders can be processed!

Shipping

As we can only ship our chairs to EU countries, shipping to Switzerland / Norway is unfortunately not possible.

This is due to the fact that, as an online store, we are subject by law to the right of withdrawal. This means that if you unpack the chair in Switzerland / Norway and (contrary to expectations) you do not like it, we are obliged to have the chair collected again at our expense. In short: We would be liable for all costs such as customs clearance etc. Therefore we do not offer shipping to Switzerland / Norway or other non-EU countries. Side agreements are also not permitted.

The only possibility would be that the invoice and delivery address is in an EU country (to which we deliver) and you organize the onward transport / customs clearance etc. yourself. However, a refund of VAT is therefore not possible.

Our parcels are shipped with DPD.

Shipping by another company is not possible due to the large parcels.

You will be notified of the shipment of your order by e-mail. This e-mail gives you the opportunity to track your order.

We always send our parcels with DPD Predict. This means that on the day of delivery you will also receive an e-mail from DPD in which the delivery is limited to a time window of approx. one hour.

You can also use this e-mail to postpone the delivery to another day or issue a drop-off authorization.

Unfortunately, delivery to Greece is currently not possible.

The shipping costs are determined or indicated country-specifically by the store system.
You will see the shipping costs at the end of the order process, before the final order completion.
For larger orders (3 chairs or more), please contact us directly. We will be happy to make you a non-binding offer.
Weight specifications in the store are approx. weights incl. packing. Shipping to non-EU countries is not possible.

After a short check, the payment will be released.

You can redeem the voucher codes you have received as a gift when checking out your order.

Product

Our chairs are delivered in a large cardboard box in individual parts and must be assembled by the customer. The XL series is delivered in two boxes, as the base is delivered separately for weight reasons. Detailed assembly instructions are included in the delivery and can be found on the respective product page or by searching in the help section.

CASUAL-SPORT (S – M)

The lumbar cushion can be attached to any model with two straps by pulling it through the strap holes in the backrest.

PRO-GAMING & OFFICE (M – L)

The lumbar cushion can only be attached to the backrest of PRO-GAMING chairs in the DOMINATOR models. On all other models, the cushion cannot be attached and is simply placed loosely in the backrest area as required. The Dominator Executive Edition models come with an integrated lumbar support.

OFFICE-COMFORT (L – XXL)

Chairs in the OFFICE-COMFORT category are not supplied with a lumbar cushion as the chairs have a built-in lumbar support.

XL-SERIES (XXL – XXXL)

The lumbar cushion can only be inserted here.

The perfect “tires” for your MAXNOMIC® chair! Special polished aluminum base with additional struts (triple reinforced!) plus double ball-bearing inline wheels with metal total brakes ensure a rock-solid stand when playing and butter-soft rolling on almost all surfaces!

In the accessories you will find our MAXNOMIC® SQ-Rolls + HD Base in a set in different colors.

Please note :

The standard star base cannot withstand the enormous load of the particularly large SQ-Rolls in the long term. The cantilever arms of the star base could bend or even break – safety first, which is why the SQ-ROLLS are only available together with the HD-BASE

The SQ-Rolls are not suitable for use with the XL-Series chairs and should not be used on very soft floors that can give way!

The standard castors for our MAXNOMIC® chairs are suitable for almost all surfaces (including laminate, tiles, etc.). The running surfaces have a PU coating with relatively wide wheels. This distributes the weight optimally and protects the floor at the same time.

If you have an extremely sensitive floor, you can use our rim castors: The wider wheels and larger contact surface make these castors ideal for sensitive surfaces and carpets.

You can find these in the accessories.

Our high-quality artificial leather is very easy to care for: a damp microfiber cloth is sufficient for quick cleaning in between. For more in-depth care, we recommend our cleaning and care set. In this way, the material retains its moisture and you can enjoy it for a long time, and stains etc. are easier to clean thanks to the sealant.

Correct category + suitable gas pressure spring = maximum ergonomics

Everyone has an individual physique and yet NEEDforSEAT® offers everyone an ergonomic sitting posture and unique seating comfort. Our gaming chairs offer unmistakable seating comfort and maximum ergonomics!

The original MAXNOMIC® chairs are available in four different categories / sizes. Within these categories, the dimensions of the chairs are identical and the models differ only in design and features. The basic height, i.e. the distance between the floor and the seat of the chair, can be optionally adjusted in each category by selecting the gas pressure spring.

Category 1 : CASUAL-SPORT

Due to a change in production, the screws for the backrest are already pre-assembled on the backrest of some models and are therefore NOT in the accessory box as shown in our assembly instructions! Of course, the screws must be removed before mounting.
