If the chair you’d like to order is currently out of stock you can easily preorder it in our online shop. We recommend to choose „bank transfer“ as payment option so you don’t have to pay until we notify you that your chair is available.

Please note that you will be charged directly when choosing PayPal or SOFORTbanking (Germany only) as payment method!

You can enter your email address on the product pages to receive an automatic notification as soon as your product is available again.

In case you have already preordered a model that is currently sold out, you will be notified automatically!

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are determined country-specific by the shop-system.
You can see the amount of shipping-costs at the end of the ordering process, before the finally ordering.

Weights in the shop are approximate weights including packaging.

A shipping to non EU countries and / or islands / special areas is not possible.

Warranty

All products offered in our online shop are subject to the statutory warranty of 24 months from time of delivery.

Return of the Product

You are entitled to withdraw a contract with us within 14 days after receipt of the product without providing a reason for the withdrawal and without any extra costs. If you’d like to withdraw, please get in touch with us and we’ll let you know how to proceed. Our withdrawal form can be found here.

Delivery Status

 In Stock (delivery time 2-6 business days from receipt of payment)

The product is in stock and will be prepared for shipment directly after receipt of payment. Depending on the order quantity, shipping will take 2-6 business days.

 Expected to be back in stock at the end of February.

Due to changes in the production process, the screws for the backrest are already pre-assembled on some of the models. In this case the screws CANNOT be found in the accessory box as mentioned in the assembly instructions.

Of course the screws have to be removed before assembling the chair.

After having completed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.

In case you shouldn’t receive any confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us!

Advice for placing an order

If you’d like to pre-order a chair that’s currently not available on our website you can place a normal order in our online shop. We recommend to choose "bank transfer" as payment method so you can wait with your payment until we notify you that your chair is available again.

Please note that you will be charged directly if you choose PayPal or Credit Card as payment method.

Buy a Gift Voucher

You’d like to make someone happy? Surprise them with a NEEDforSEAT® voucher!

 

Our NEEDforSEAT® vouchers are available with a value of your choice, up to a maximum of 800,00€.

  • Insert the total amount for your voucher (maximum 800€)
  • Choose a voucher design
  • Add the voucher to your cart
  • Finish the order and receive your voucher directly via e-mail

You can download the voucher as PDF directly after having finished the order. Additionally the voucher will be attached to the order confirmation you will receive via e-mail.

For those of you who still need a present or like to let the presentee choose!

Please note:

  • Multiple voucher can be redeemed per order!
  • The voucher will be send via e-mail; it will be attached to the order confirmation (no postal delivery)
  • The voucher will be activated after receipt of payment

Shipping

Shipping to Switzerland or Norway

Since we can only ship to EU countries, we cannot ship to Switzerland or Norway. Shipping to Switzerland/Norway is extremely expensive and complicated because of payment of duty. If you don’t like the chair you bought, we – as an online shop - are bound to ship it back to us on our expenses. We would have to bear all of the shipping costs including payment of duty and all the handling expenses.

Subsidiary agreements are not allowed. The only possibility to solve this would be an invoice- and shipping address in a country we can ship to and you will have handle further transport and customs clearance by yourself. However, a VAT refund won’t be possible.

Shipping to USA / Canada

We can only ship to EU countries but our colleagues at NEEDforSEAT® USA do ship to the USA and Canada!

Shipping with DPD

Our chairs are being shipped with DPD. Shipment with another company is not possible due to the big packages.

Deliveries to Greece are not possible at the moment.

Parcel Tracking

You will be notified via email as soon as your parcel is on its way. The email contains a link to track your delivery.

Delivery to Packing Stations / Parcel Shops

Due to the size of our packages we can only ship with DPD. Shipping to packing stations is not possible.

Payment

PayPal Payment

You can use PayPal for safe and easy online payments. At the end of your order you will be redirected to PayPal.

In case you still have a PayPal account, just enter your account data to log in and finish the payment. You don’t have a PayPal account yet? You can either log in as a guest or sign up for a PayPal account and confirm the payment. All PayPal payments are covered by PayPal’s buyer protection.

Usually your payment will be booked to our account within a few minutes and your order will be processed directly.

In case of withdrawal, the order value will be refunded to your PayPal account after the goods have been sent back to us.

Credit Card Payment

Credit card payments can be made using PayPal Plus. You can pay with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

At the end of your order you will be redirected to PayPal to enter your credit card data into the form.

Creating a PayPal account is optional - you don’t need a PayPal account to make a credit card payment.

Usually your payment will be booked to our account within a few minutes and your order will be processed directly.

Advance Payment

When choosing advance payment, your order will be processed after receipt of payment. Please don’t forget to quote your order number as  intended use and make separate bank transfers in case you have placed multiple orders.

Depending on the bank it can take 2 - 4 business days until your payment will be booked to our account.

In case of withdrawal, the order value will be refunded to your bank account after the goods have been sent back to us. Please tell us your bank information.

SOFORTbanking can be used without a registration; it enables you to use your online banking account to make payments.You just need the account information (PIN/TAN) of your bank account.

After having finished your order you will be redirected to SOFORTbanking to finish the transaction.

A successful payment will be confirmed immediately and your order will be shipped directly (if available).

After a successful credit check your payment will usually be booked to our account within a few minutes and your order will be processed directly.

Please note: The order value must be transferred to PayPal within 14 days. The bank details can be found on the invoice that will be provided with your order. Since the payment period starts with the order confirmation, we advise you not to place any preorders on account – otherwise the payment will be due before the goods are shipped to you.

Casters / Floor

The Standard Wheels for our MAXNOMIC® chairs are suitable for nearly every kind of floor (incl. laminate, tiles etc.). The wide wheels come with a PU (polyurethane) coating that distributes weight equally and prevent the floor from damages. If you have a sensitive floor check out our Rim Casters: Due to the wide wheels and bigger contact area these wheels are suitable for sensitive floors and carpets.

SQ-Rolls & HD-Base

The standard chair base can’t stand the high pressure caused by the extremely big SQ-Rolls. The base might bend or even break. Safety first – that’s why the SQ-Rolls are only available in combination with the HD Base!

Please note that the SQ-Rolls are not meant to be used in combination with the XL-Series and shouldn’t be used on soft flooring.

Fixation of the Lumbar Cushion

CASUAL-SPORT

The lumbar cushion can be fastened to any CASUAL-SPORT model using the belt slots in the backrest.

PRO-GAMING & OFFICE

The lumbar cushion can only be fastened to the DOMINATOR models. For the other models the cushion can optionally be placed loosely in the back area when needed.

OFFICE-COMFORT

The OFFICE-COMFORT models do not come with an additional lumbar cushion because of the built-in lumbar support.

XL-SERIES

The provided lumbar cushion cannot be fastened but be placed loosely in the back area when needed.

Care & Cleaning

Our high-quality faux-leather is super easy to handle: you can simply use a wet microfibre cloth for a quick clean in between. In addition, we highly recommend our care set for a more in-depth treatment. In this way, the material keeps its humidity and you will have an easier time removing stains because the protection solution will leave a sealing. With proper care, you will enjoy your MAXNOMIC® for a long time.

Return & Refund

As soon as your return shipment has reached our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of receipt via email. We will check the returned goods and refund the order value within 1-2 business days.

The purchase amount can only be refunded the same way it has been paid when ordering.

Cushion washing instructions:

Head Pillow: The pillow is completely machine washable (30°, gentle cycle). Use a washing bag if available.

Lumbar cushion: Remove the foam element from the pillow cover using the zipper or Velcro® fastener. The pillow cover is machine washable (30°, gentle cycle). Use a washing bag if available.

Which countries does NEEDforSEAT® deliver to?

Orders placed on www.NEEDforSEAT.de or www.NEEDforSEAT.eu can only be delivered to the following countries:

Due to difficult delivery conditions some islands and regions are subject to surcharge. The island surcharge for Germany amounts to 18.00 EUR per parcel (plus delivery costs). For all other countries (within the delivery area) we will charge 25.00 EURper parcel (plus delivery costs).
