Orders
After having completed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.
In case you shouldn’t receive any confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us!
Only confirmed orders can be processed!
You’d like to make someone happy? Surprise them with a NEEDforSEAT® voucher!
Our NEEDforSEAT® vouchers are available with a value of your choice, up to a maximum of 800,00€.
- Insert the total amount for your voucher (maximum 800€)
- Choose a voucher design
- Add the voucher to your cart
- Finish the order and receive your voucher directly via e-mail
You can download the voucher as PDF directly after having finished the order. Additionally the voucher will be attached to the order confirmation you will receive via e-mail.
For those of you who still need a present or like to let the presentee choose!
Please note:
- Multiple voucher can be redeemed per order!
- The voucher will be send via e-mail; it will be attached to the order confirmation (no postal delivery)
- The voucher will be activated after receipt of payment
- No cash refund of the (residual) voucher amount
- For safety reasons, vouchers may only be paid via PayPal or Credit Card.
- Vouchers cannot be ordered in combination with other items due to the different types of dispatch.
