Our support team is located directly in our headquarters near Kassel (Germany) and is well versed with all our MAXNOMIC® models. Do you have questions about assembling, dismantling or single parts? Not an issue. Often enough, a short call or an e-mail will suffice to solve the problem!

Warranty / Spare Parts / Repairs / Refurbishing
MAXNOMIC® gaming chairs come with an implied warranty of 24 months from delivery. If a problem occurs within these 24 months, or something should break anyhow, you can reach out to our team anytime and we will be glad to help you fix your chair (normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty).
Of course, we will also assist you after the warranty has passed and we will give it our very best to find an ideal solution for you. In our shop, you can find all spare parts for your MAXNOMIC®. Can’t find the desired part or have further inquiries? Feel free to send us a request or call us. We will take care of it!
Your chair is being heavily stressed and has already been through a lot? Your cat also thinks your MAXNOMIC® is awesome and demonstrated the excitement? We also offer repairs, because we think sustainability is important. Both seating surface and backrest can be refurbished, for example a seat upholstery renewal or a new cover for the requested part. Get in contact and tell us about your request. Our support team will gladly prepare a non-binding and affordable offer for you.
Right of withdrawal & Free Returns
Something is not right with your product? No problem.
As a customer of our NEEDforSEAT® online shop you have the right to withdraw your contract with us within 14 (fourteen) days without needing to provide a reason for the withdrawal. In case you want to exchange or return your chair, we are happy to help you with that. Simply contact us via online form, e-mail or telephone.
Since our parcels are quite big and heavy, we recommend parcel collection by DPD, which we will commission for you. The parcel courier will bring your return label, the return process will be free of charge. We can also send the return label to you if you prefer returning the parcel yourself. In this case, please make sure to ask your DPD shop in advance if they accept big parcels.
