in order to fight the coronavirus as far as possible by social distancing, our European headquarter showroom in Vellmar remains closed until 4 May 2020. The idea behind is protecting both, you and our employees, and maintaining shipping our chairs Europe-wide.
Ordering online and testing your selected chair at home is no problem at all, since our 14-day right of withdrawal continues to apply. Please use our online selection guide to find the category and gas spring that fit you best. If you have any more questions, feel free to contact us to get an individual consultation. We are happy to help you and want to avoid unnecessary returns.
If you are living in the EU and want to get yourself a comfy new chair please note : Online orders will be prepared for shipment directly after receipt of payment, provided the selected product is marked as deliverable (in stock). Due to border control measures there may be delays in delivery times of one to two days when shipping abroad.
If your dream chair is currently sold out, it can be pre-ordered as usual. Please note, we do not expect restock until May / June. So if you need a new chair at short notice, you should may select one that is marked as deliverable (in stock).
