What are the delivery charges?
Within Europe, we ship our parcels with DPD. The delivery charges for a MAXNOMIC® gaming chair in the countries listed are as follows:

How long does the delivery take?
We will ship your order within 1-3 days after receiving your payment, depending on the order’s quantity. Please note that personalized products will need some extra time.
Standard Delivery: The delivery by DPD within Europe takes 1-4 workdays. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Express Delivery (Germany only)*: When ordering before 12:00 pm, your MAXNOMIC® will be delivered to you the next workday (Monday until Friday, bank holidays excluded).
Saturday Express (Germany only)*: Your order will be dispatched in a way that your MAXNOMIC® arrives at yours exactly the next Saturday. This order needs to be placed until Friday 12:00 pm at the latest.
*Please consider the Express Delivery conditions. Express Delivery is currently only available in Germany. Personalized products are excluded from Express Delivery.

Right of withdrawal & Free Returns
As a customer of our NEEDforSEAT® online shop you have the right to withdraw your contract with us within 14 (fourteen) days without needing to provide a reason for the withdrawal. In case you really want to return your chair, we are happy to help you with that.
Since our parcels are quite big and heavy, we recommend parcel collection by DPD, which we will commission for you. The parcel courier will bring your return label, the return process will be free of charge. We can also send the return label to you if you prefer returning the parcel yourself. In this case, please make sure to ask your DPD shop in advance if they accept big parcels.
